What happens after I send the form?

After a customer sends the quotation request form, Phuket Pro Painters does three things:

1. The team calls back on the phone number given, to confirm the job details and arrange a day to visit the property.
2. A painter surveys and measures the property, checks the wall surfaces and asks what is wanted, at no charge.
3. We issue a written quotation for the customer to check and agree before work starts.

What should I have ready before sending the form?

Three pieces of information help the team understand the job quickly and book a survey that fits the site:

• Approximate area in square metres, or the number of rooms, the number of storeys and the parts to be painted, such as interior, exterior, roof or boundary wall.
• Photographs of the walls or surfaces to be painted, both wide shots and close-ups of damaged paint. Attaching photographs is optional.
• Location: the sub-district or neighbourhood in Phuket, and the type of building, such as a house, villa, condo or commercial building.

Anyone who does not yet know the area can try the house painting cost calculator first. The calculator has a helper that works out wall area from room size, and can send its result into this form so nothing is typed twice. The figure it gives is an estimate. The real price is confirmed in the quotation.

Owners who are abroad can send the form from anywhere and name a house manager or caretaker as the person to meet the painter.
